SatoshiPay Update
Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the investing company with a focus on blockchain, payments and esports, announces that further to the announcement on 29 July 2025, the Company has been advised that SatoshiPay has fully invested the £1,000,000 loan (the "Loan") provided by the Company.
SatoshiPay has used the Loan to increase its existing digital asset portfolio by acquiring 72.03338 Ether ("ETH") at an average purchase price of EUR 3,188 per ETH. In addition, SatoshiPay has acquired 9.26732 Coinbase Wrapped BTC ("cbBTC") at an average price of EUR 99,099 per cbBTC.
cbBTC is a token that is backed 1:1 by native Bitcoin ("BTC") held by Coinbase, meaning that for all cbBTC in circulation, there is an equivalent amount of BTC held in a secure custody solution (including cold storage) provided by Coinbase. Wrapped assets, like cbBTC, are transferable tokens that are redeemable for the underlying asset. Coinbase customers can unwrap cbBTC and redeem a corresponding amount of the underlying BTC simply by depositing the cbBTC into their Coinbase accounts. cbBTC is built to be seamlessly compatible with decentralised finance (DeFi) applications, giving customers the option to tap into DeFi and unlock financial utility.

The Company currently has a 50 per cent. shareholding in SatoshiPay.
