Shareholder Loan Update
On 31 January 2013, Blue Star Capital announced that it had agreed a further extension until 31 March 2013 to the shareholder loan agreement (the "Loan") entered into on 28 April 2011, and thereafter extended on 1 June 2012, 12 October 2012 and 3 January 2013 (the Final Redemption Date). The Company today announces that, notwithstanding that the Final Redemption Date of 31 March 2013 has passed, the Company is in discussions with the Loan providers regarding a further extension to the Loan. The Loan providers have agreed not to exercise their security over the Company's assets for a minimum of a further 10 days.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
