Blue Star Capital, the AIM listed investment company focused on the Homeland Security sector announces that, in accordance with AIM Rule 21, its Chief Executive Officer, Dr Richard Leaver, has elected to receive 25% of his salary in the Company's shares each month with effect from 1st July 2011.
Each corresponding increase in the number of shares in issue will be announced at that time.
