Board Appointment
Blue Star Capital PLC (AIM: BLU), the investment company, announces the appointment of Dr Richard Leaver to the BoardΒ of Directors.
Dr Leaver, BSc, PhD, MBA, CEng., MIET, MIEEE,Β is the Chief Executive and co-founder ofΒ the PegasusBridge group of companies including PegasusBridge Fund Management Limited, a Guernsey fund manager specialising in Homeland Security based investments,Β itsΒ UK investment adviser PegasusBridge Fund Management LLP and The PegasusBridge Defence & Security Fund Limited in which the Company has invested Β£800,000 to date.
Haresh Kanabar, the Company's Chief Executive commented:
