BERKELEY RESOURCES LIMITED
On 28 January 2010, Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") was notified via the filing of a Form 603 with ASX that Polo Australasia Limited had a registered shareholding as at 25 January 2010 of 14,100,000 shares in the Company representing 10.46% of the issued share capital.
Berkeley was also notified via the filing of a Form 605 with ASX that Metage Capital Limited as investment manager to Metage Funds Ltd had ceased to be a substantial shareholder (as defined by the Corporations Act) of the Company as at 27 January 2010. The remaining shareholding as at 27 January 2010 represented 4.52 per cent of the issued share capital.
