Third Market Edge Intelligence® contract win

c.$10m of contracts secured in June 2026

15 June 2026 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to announce that it has secured a five-year software contract with an existing analytics customer for the deployment of Beeks Analytics and Market Edge Intelligence®, with a total contract value ("TCV") of $3.0 million. This brings the TCV of contracts secured in June 2026 to approx. $10 million.

The customer, a leading North American exchange operator, has expanded its deployment of Beeks Analytics and will also deploy Market Edge Intelligence® in New York. Revenue recognition is expected to commence immediately.
