Dividend Record Date Update

The Company published its Final Results for the year ended 30 June 2020 on 15 September 2020 in which it declared a final dividend of 0.15p per share, resulting in a full year dividend payment of 0.35p per share (2019 full year dividend: 0.35p). Further to yesterday's announcement Posting of Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of AGM, Update to Dividend Timetable, the Company confirms that the final dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register at 2 October 2020 (not 23 October 2020 as previously announced), with the same payment date of 27 November 2020.
