Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("the Company") announces that Gordon McArthur, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has disposed of 180,723 Ordinary Shares at a price of 83 pence per share. Following completion of the disposal, Mr McArthur retains an interest in 30,115,677* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 59.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
*Includes 740,000 Ordinary Shares held by Gordon McArthur's wife, Claire McArthur, representing 1.45 per cent. of the issued share capital
