Exercise of Options and Director's Dealing
Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("Beeks" or "the Company") announces that the Company has issued a total of 138,000 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Contractor Share Option Plan by certain overseas staff. Application has been made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 January 2018 ("Admission").
Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, the Company will have 49,138,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company also confirms that it received notification today that Mark Cubitt, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has agreed to purchase 70,707 of the New Shares at a price of 49.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mark Cubitt will hold a total of 70,707 shares in the Company, representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital.
