Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 31 October 2024, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 110,297,560 Ordinary Shares of 5.6110477936 pence each.

The Company holds 8,305,936 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 101,991,624.

The above figure (101,991,624) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights above (101,991,624) includes the 52,637 shares purchased by the Company on 30 October 2024 and the 54,206 shares purchased by the Company on 31 October 2024, which will be cancelled following settlement.
