Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 31 May 2020, the total issued share capital consisted of 136,648,882 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.

The Company holds 10,941,900 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 125,706,982.

The above figure (125,706,982) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
