DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Berkeley announces that, Sean Ellis, an Executive Director of the Company since 2010, will be leaving Berkeley in twelve months' time to pursue other interests, and will step down from the Board of Berkeley with immediate effect.
Glyn Barker, Chairman, said
"I would like to thank Sean for his loyal service and significant contribution to Berkeley over the last 17 years with Berkeley, and as a Main Board Director since 2010, and, on behalf of the Board, I wish him every success and happiness in the future."
