For immediate release BISICHI MINING PLC 15 July 2013 Application for Listing Bisichi Mining PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made tothe UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 80,000 Ordinaryshares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that permission to admit the shares will be granted on 17 July2013 and that dealings will commence on 18 July 2013. These shares are being issued in respect of an Unapproved Share Option Schemewhich matured in September 2012. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares andfollowing admission, there will be 10,636,839 Ordinary Shares in issue.
