FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 7 February 2014 Bisichi Mining Plc ("Bisichi" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding and Application for listing The Company announces that on 6 February 2014, Mr Andrew Heller, a director ofthe Company, exercised 40,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These options had been granted to Mr Hellerunder the 2012 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme and the exercise pricewas 34 pence per Ordinary Share. Pursuant to the exercise of options set out above, an application will be madeto the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 40,000 newOrdinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that permission to admit these shares will be granted on 12February 2014 and that dealings will commence on 13 February 2014.
