Forbidden Technologies PLC29 April 2005 Forbidden Technologies plc Result of EGM Forbidden Technologies plc (the "Company") announces that at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting held at the Company's offices at 11:00 am today the ordinaryresolution proposed to authorise the Directors, pursuant to section 80 of theCompanies Act 1985, to allot ordinary shares up to an aggregate nominal amountof £394,700, was passed unanimously.
