Blackbird plc (the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholding
Blackbird (AIM: BIRD; OTCQX: BBRDF), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that, on 13 September 2021, the McDonough Family Trust, of which Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is a beneficiary, purchased 230,000 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.282 pence per Ordinary Share. The Company was informed that, on 14 September 2021, the McDonough Family Trust purchased a further 349,139 Ordinary Shares at a price of 34.70 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, the McDonough Family now together hold a total beneficial interest in 26,179,016 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 7.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Blackbird was also informed that, on 13 September 2021, Andrew Bentley, Chairman of the Company, bought 58,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.705 pence per Ordinary Share. Andrew Bentley now has a total beneficial interest in 295,154 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Blackbird, was informed that, on 13 September 2021, John Honeycutt, Non-executive Director bought 10,460 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.478 per Ordinary Share via the OTCQX Best Market. The Company was informed that, on 14 September 2021, John Honeycutt purchased a further 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of $0.4811 per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchases, John Honeycutt now has a total beneficial interest in 50,460 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
