Randall Brouckman was formerly BSG's Chief Operating Officer and has been withthe Company since 2004. In addition to serving as the Company's Chief ExecutiveOfficer, Mr Brouckman will continue with his day-to-day operationalresponsibilities. The business continues to trade within management expectations for the full yearas outlined in the guidance given to the market in July 2006 and again with theCompany's Interim Results on 27 September 2006. Roland Bopp said, "During my tenure, the Company stabilised its position byreducing costs and implementing a marketing and sales structure which hasenhanced the Company's ability to offer its existing and new products andservices in untapped markets. Now that there is an established level ofstability in the Company, I feel it is the right time to step down and seek anew challenge."
