Board Changes

Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS), the in-game brand activation platform, today announces that Donald Stewart, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that he has decided not to seek re-election as a director of the Company and will step down from the Board at the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting on Friday 21 July 2023 ("AGM"), to focus on his other business commitments. As a result of his decision, Resolution 5, to be proposed at the Company's AGM, has been withdrawn.

Glen Calvert, Non-Executive Director, has also indicated his intention to resign as a Director of the Company, with effect from the end of the AGM, to concentrate on his other business interests. Mr Calvert has agreed to make his expertise available to the Company through the Bidstack Advisory Committee.

In addition, the Company announces that it is undertaking a review of the respective roles and responsibilities of the Board, the results of which are expected to be announced by the end of September 2023.

The Company will hold an investor event following its interim results for the period to 30 June 2023, which is expected to take place in September 2023. Further details will be announced in due course.
