Joint Venture agreementĀ with EZYPAY
ADDleisureĀ Plc, theĀ AIMĀ traded company formed to develop products and services in the health and leisure sectors,Ā announces thatĀ Digital Plantation Ltd, its 50.2% ownedĀ intelligent management software business,Ā has signed a joint venture agreement with EZYPAY,Ā aĀ leadingĀ direct debit providerĀ inĀ Australia, to deliverĀ anĀ integrated fitness management and direct debit solution inĀ AustraliaĀ andĀ New Zealand.
Digital Plantation Ltd, which trades asĀ Ez-Systems, has developedĀ intuitive software to improve efficiency and maximise resources by automatically matching appointments to the resources available and eliminating the chance of double bookings. It hasĀ numerous benefitsĀ includingĀ automated waiting lists where customers are contacted via SMS or email when a space becomes available. TheĀ joint venture with EZYPAY,Ā one of the largest billing companies in Australia and New Zealand, will provide customers with the benefits of combining Ez-Systems' management software and technology with EZYPAY's billingĀ administrationĀ system, resulting in a fully integrated business management tool.
EZYPAY hasĀ established technical support and deliveries teams inĀ SydneyĀ andĀ Wellington, enabling Ez-Systems access and support to theĀ necessary infrastructureĀ required for a smooth transition into operation inĀ Australia,Ā New ZealandĀ and the rest of Asia-Pacific. With the globalisation of large health club chains,Ā the Company sees this as a key strategic advantage for future growth in this region.
