Board changes effective

Kin Group Plc announces that, as was set out in paragraph 10 of the Circular to shareholders dated 5 October 2017 and the RNS announcement dated 3 October 2017, with effect from Admission, which occurred at 8am this morning, Anna Gudmundson, Richard Goodlad, Heidi Steiger and Mark Ollila have resigned from the Board.

Donald Stewart remains on the Board as Chairman. John Taylor and Lindsay Mair, who were appointed additional Directors, subject to Admission, by shareholders at the General Meeting on 24 October 2017 have both now joined the Company's Board as Non-Executive Directors.

Accordingly the Board now comprises Donald Stewart (Chairman), John Taylor and Lindsay Mair.

Information on John Taylor and Lindsay Mair was given in paragraph 10 of the Circular to shareholders dated 5 October 2017 and the RNS announcement dated 3 October 2017. There is no further information on either of them which is required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

John Taylor subscribed for 60,000 shares in the Placing at a price of 5p per New Ordinary Share. As a result, John Taylor is now interested in 60,000 New Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. In addition, John Taylor owns 15,000 Placing Warrants.

Lindsay Mair subscribed for 250,000 shares in the Placing at a price of 5p per New Ordinary Share. As a result, Lindsay Mair is now interested in 250,000 New Ordinary Shares, representing 1 % of the enlarged share capital of the Company. In addition, Lindsay Mair owns 62,500 Placing Warrants.
