Director Share Purchase
Cambridge, UK, 29 January 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), has been notified that on 26 January 2024, Ray Anderson, Chair of Bango, purchased 30,372 Ordinary Shares at a price of 103.95 pence per share.
Following this share purchases, Mr Anderson has a total beneficial interest in 5,880,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equivalent to 7.66 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
