Cambridge UK, 17 February 2023 - Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on Thursday 16 February 2023, Raymond Anderson, Executive Chair of Bango, sold 600,000 Bango Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 231.5p ("the sale") to meet institutional demand.
Following the sale, Raymond Anderson has a direct interest in 5,802,781 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.59% of the total issued share capital.
