Grant of Options
Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile payments company, announces that on 21 September 2016, and in line with the previous policy of allocating employee share options to directors, the following directors were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares at the exercise price of 89 pence being the closing price on 20 September 2016.

The options vest over a three year period, in twelve equal installments, one twelfth each quarter and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. The options have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
