Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings
Cambridge, UK, 8 October 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 1 October 2024, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, certain Directors and employees (as listed in the table below) were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 115 pence per share, being the closing price on 30 September 2024 (the "Exercise Price") under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
The options for the Executive Directors vest after three years, in one tranche, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions. All other options vest over a three-year period, in twelve equal instalments, one twelfth each quarter. All options may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
