Bango plc (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on 24 March 2021 Gianluca D'Agostino, Non-Executive Director of Bango, sold 19,500 shares in Bango plc at a price of 207.10 pence per share for personal tax planning reasons.
Following this sale, Mr D'Agostino holds no shares in Bango.
