AGM Statement

Bango (AIM:BGO), the mobile web payments and analytics company, will hold its Annual General Meeting in London at 2pm today, 24 September 2010.

At the AGM Ray Anderson, CEO of Bango, will provide the following update on the performance of the business:

"We have had significant customer wins in the first few months of the year across both our products, Bango Payment and Bango Analytics. New customers include RIM (Blackberry), MIG, Thornton's, O2 and Telecom NZ, adding to our existing portfolio of customers such as EA Games, Gameloft, Turner Broadcasting, Sky and Fox.

"We continue to execute successfully upon our strategy, leveraging our scalable platform and central position in the commercial mobile internet world."

Bango anticipates providing a trading update, for the six months ended 30 September 2010, in the first half of October.
