Bank of Georgia Group announces transaction in own shares

Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today repurchased and cancelled two ordinary shares (subscriber shares) of £0.01 each.

Following the above repurchase and cancellation, the total number of shares in issue is 49,169,428. This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
