Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces dividend currency conversion rate

As announced on 17 August 2021, the Board of Directors of Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company") declared an interim dividend of GEL 1.48 per ordinary share in respect of the period ended 30 June 2021, to ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register of members at close of business on 22 October 2021, in British Pounds Sterling, pursuant to the following timetable:

Ex-dividend date: 21 October 2021

Record date: 22 October 2021

Payment date: 5 November 2021

The Company hereby confirms that the National Bank of Georgia Georgian Lari/British Pounds Sterling average exchange rate for the period 18 to 22 October 2021 is 4.3219 and shall be used to pay dividends to ordinary shareholders of the Company on 5 November 2021.

Those shareholders who have not provided the appropriate bank account details to Computershare Investor Services PLC for payment of the dividend will be paid the dividend by cheque in British Pounds Sterling.
