Directorate Changes

The Company announces two changes to its board of directors ("Board"), both taking effect from 3 September 2024 - the resignation of Dr Reuben Wilcock and the appointment of Dr Nic Pillow.

Dr Reuben Wilcock joined the Board on 18 September 2020, just over a year after the incorporation of the Company, as a representative of the Company's investment manager, Blackfinch Investments Limited.

Dr Nic Pillow, who is joining as a non-executive director, is a Senior Ventures Manager in Blackfinch Investments Limited.

Peter Hewitt, the Board's chair, commented: "We thank Reuben for his passionate commitment and diligent contributions over the last four years. At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Nic to the board. His detailed understanding of our Company from his work in the Investment Manager will be of great benefit."

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
