Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 57,318 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 29 April 2024 at a price of 629.9978p per share.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 8,587,267 ordinary shares of 5p each (1.29% of the issued share capital).
