Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Barings Emerging EMEA Opportunities plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

On 30 April 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 14,870,994 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, of that amount 3,318,207 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury and 11,552,787 Ordinary Shares were in issue.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 11,552,787 (the 'Figure').

The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
