The Company announces that Steven Boyes, Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Chief Executive and his PCAs sold a total of 435,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each on 12 February 2020, at a price of £8.4235 per share.
Following this transaction, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the Directors of the Company, and their PCAs, hold the following total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
