REPLACEMENT: Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
The following amendment has been made to the "Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")" announcement released on 21 May 2026 at 10:15 under RNS No 2826F.
The nature of transaction within the table was incorrectly stated as a purchase of ordinary shares. The correct nature of transaction is a transfer from previous nominee account provider to a new nominee account provider.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that it was notified that Kristel Volver, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 515,151 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her previous nominee account provider to a new nominee account provider (with no change of beneficial holder) for nil consideration on 09 September 2024.
Following the transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Kristel Volver remained unchanged at 515,151 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital. Details of the transaction are below.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
