Result of Annual General Meeting
Brave Bison, the social video company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As announced on 25 April 2018, Mark Cranmer did not seek re-election to the Board at the AGM and, as such, is no longer a director of the Company. The Board of Brave Bison would like to thank Mark for his valuable contribution to the Company as a Non-Executive Director and wishes him well for the future. The board has commenced the process to identify a suitable replacement Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made in due course.
