Director declaration

Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the social video company, makes the following disclosure pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Sir Robin Miller, Chairman of the Company, has advised the Company that whilst he was a director of Butler, Tanner & Dennis Holdings Limited ("BTD"), it underwent a company voluntary arrangement pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 on 14 March 2016 and was subsequently dissolved on 31 January 2017. BTD's subsidiary had previously entered in creditors voluntary liquidation in January 2015, as disclosed in the Company's announcement on 17 November 2015.
