Contract Wins

 Investor Presentation 

Brave Bison, the digital advertising and technology services company, is pleased to confirm c.£4m in new contract wins and renewals:

· Brave Bison Performance has renewed terms with a national electricals retailer for a further 24 months, expected to be worth c.£2m over the duration of the contract

· Brave Bison Commerce has signed a contract with a Finnish homeware retailer, expected to be worth c.£1m across FY23 and FY24

· Brave Bison Commerce has signed a contract with a Dutch car parts retailer, expected to be worth c.£1m across FY23 and FY24

The successful onboarding of two new customers and a 24-month extension with an existing customer provide the Board with further certainty that Brave Bison will meet current-year market expectations of £3.1 million Adjusted Profit Before Tax, and of delivering on market expectations for growth into FY24.

"Trading conditions have improved noticeably since the lull in Q2, and we are pleased to see Brave Bison's differentiated proposition attracting the right kind of customer. All the contracts announced today are enterprise accounts with each customer generating revenues of between $1bn and $10bn+, and we expect further growth in this area into FY24"

Brave Bison Media Network is a portfolio of channels across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram. These channels generate over 1 billion monthly views, and the advertising inventory from each channel is sold through online advertising exchanges. Popular channels include The Hook, PGA Tour, US Open and Link Up TV.
