Board Change

Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the social video company, announces that Mark Cranmer, non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that he has decided not to seek re-election to the Board at the Company's annual general meeting on 13 June 2018.

Robin Miller, Chairman of the Company, commented:

"It is with regret that we accept Mark's resignation. He has been a very strong supporter of the Board and business since being invited to join early in 2016. His knowledge of the media scene and his judgement have been invaluable."

The Company intends to appoint a new non-executive director and further announcements will be made in due course.
