Total Voting Rights Update

In respect of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1) BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, confirms that, as at 31 May 2024, the Company had issued share capital consisting of 714,731,558 Ordinary Shares of no par value with voting rights.

Treasury shares do not count towards the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The Company holds as Treasury shares 145,079 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Therefore the figure of 714,731,558 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
