Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2017
Further to the announcement dated 29 March 2018, BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2018 at the registered office of the Company at 6, Route de Trèves, Building E, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.
In connection with the AGM, a copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2017 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and is now available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
As also announced on 29 March 2018, copies of the Convening Notice of the AGM, and its associated Proxy Form, had been submitted to and are available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
Each of the Annual Financial Report, the Convening Notice and the Proxy Form is also available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.bb-gi.com * and these may be inspected by shareholders during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company. Shareholders may also request that the Annual Accounts, as well as the Report of the Independent Auditor, the Management Report and, where applicable, comments made by the Supervisory Board, are sent to them free of charge.
