Directorate change

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Jutta af Rosenborg to the supervisory board of the Company with effect from 1 July 2018.

Mrs af Rosenborg brings extensive experience in management and strategy derived from senior operational roles in a number of companies and experience with group finance and auditing, risk management, merger & acquisitions and streamlining of business processes. Mrs af Rosenborg holds a number of non-executive directorships including Standard Life Aberdeen PLC, JP Morgan European Investment Trust PLC, NKT A/S and Nilfisk Holding A/S.

Previously Mrs af Rosenborg was chairman of Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S and Executive Vice President, CFO of Alk-Abello A/S. She was formerly a non-executive director of Auriga Industries A/S and Zealand Pharma A/S. Mrs af Rosenborg is a qualified accountant having started her career at Deloitte.

Mrs af Rosenborg has advised the Company that no other details are required to be disclosed under paragraph Rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
