Periodic disclosure for the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)
BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, hereby shares its disclosures for the SFDR.
The Periodic disclosure for the financial products referred to in Article 8, paragraphs 1, 2 and 2a, of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 and Article 6, first paragraph, of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 covers the reference period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
It is confirmed that the Periodic disclosure replace the disclosures dated 31 December 2022 previously made by the Company in relation to SFDR.
These SFDR Disclosures are made by BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. ('BBGI' or 'the Company'), being a société d'investissement à capital variable. The Company is an internally-managed alternative investment fund ('AIF') under the EU Alternative Investment Funds Managers Directive 2011/61/EU.
The Company also reserves the right to make further updates from time to time.
