Second Interim Dividend

BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, is pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 3.665 pence per share with scrip alternative for the period 1 July - 31 December 2021, to be paid on 7 April 2022. Payment of this second interim dividend is consistent with the Company's target dividend payment of 7.33 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

Details of the second interim dividend are as follows:

Dividend per share: 3.665 pence

Ex-Dividend date: 24 February 2022

Dividend Record date: 25 February 2022

Qualifying shareholders last date to make scrip dividend election: 21 March 2022

Payment date/Allotment of scrip dividend shares: 7 April 2022

A scrip alternative is being offered with this dividend to qualifying investors who wish to receive additional BBGI securities in lieu of a cash payment. A circular will be sent to shareholders explaining the terms of the scrip dividend alternative. It is intended that the circular will be mailed on or about 7 March 2022 to all eligible BBGI shareholders as at the dividend record date, being 25 February 2022. The scrip dividend elections will need to be received as instructed by 21 March 2022 from qualifying investors who wish to opt for the scrip dividend alternative. Full details of how and when to respond will be contained in the circular.

Distributions on the ordinary shares are planned to be paid twice a year, subject to market conditions and to conditions as prescribed by Luxembourg law. The Company has set a target dividend of 7.48 pence per share for 2022.
