(LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2018 at the registered office of the Company at 6, Route de Trèves, Building E, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.
