BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 74,460 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 20 October 2022. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 713,331,077. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2022 interim dividend in respect of the financial period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022. The reference price was 171.11 pence per scrip dividend share, and elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 0.48% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 9 September 2022. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
