Swallowfield plc, a market leader in the development, formulation, and supply of personal care and beauty products; whose customers include many of the world's leading brands, announces that it was informed yesterday that on 23 June 2015 the wife of Chris How, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 114 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Chris How has a beneficial interest of 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the issued share capital of the Company.
