Swallowfield PLC08 May 2006 Swallowfield plc is pleased to announce that Peter Houston (MSc. FCA) will jointhe Company as Group Finance Director with effect from 8 May 2006. Peter joins Swallowfield having been the Group Finance Director of TripleArc plcand Access Plus Plc, both AIM listed companies. Prior to these roles, Peterqualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and worked as acorporate finance advisor for 10 years with Ernst & Young.
