Board Responsibilities
Brand Architekts Group plc, a challenger British Beauty brand business, announces that Roger McDowell, Chairman, is taking a temporary sabbatical for family health reasons with immediate effect. It is expected that Roger will resume his duties as Chair in September 2023. During the intervening period, Roger will remain a Director.
Chris How, Independent Non-executive Director, will assume the position of Chair in Roger's absence.
