Immediate Acquisition Plc (to be renamed Fiinu Plc)

Change of Name
Further to its announcement dated 8 July 2022, the Company is pleased to announce that its change of name to Fiinu Plc has now been registered at Companies House and will take effect on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 18 July 2022.
The Company's TIDM, "BANK", will remain unchanged as will its ISIN (GB0033881904), SEDOL (3388190) and LEI (213800XSRH9SNN1EXX92) numbers.
Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Share certificates issued in relation to the recent reverse takeover and placing (as detailed in the announcement dated 8 July 2022) will be in the name of Fiinu Plc and sent to relevant shareholders in line with the timetable detailed in the Company's Admission Document dated 15 June 2022.
