Director resignation
Bagir (AIM: BAGR), a designer, creator and provider of innovative tailoring, announces that it has received notice from Fiona Holmes, a Non-Executive Director, that she is resigning from the Company in order to pursue other interests. Fiona will remain a Director of Bagir until the expiry of her six month notice period and, as such, will cease to be a Director of Bagir with effect from the end of November 2016.
Bagir intends to appoint a replacement Non-Executive Director and the Board is initiating the recruitment process.
The Board would like to thank Fiona for her contribution and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
