NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 13 April 2016 that the following Directors acquired on 11 April 2016 such number of the Company's ordinary shares of 41/6 pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their names below for no consideration, following the vesting of the 2013 awards under the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan 2003.
